Our Mission
AI systems are trained on human knowledge — but the quality of that knowledge determines the quality of the system. Too often, AI labs rely on low-quality annotations from workers who lack domain expertise, leading to models that hallucinate, fail in non-English languages, and make errors in specialized domains.
ExpertSet was built to fix this. We recruit, vet, and connect European students, young professionals, and domain specialists with AI companies running evaluation projects that require genuine human expertise.

Why Europe?
Europe has a massive untapped pool of highly educated, multilingual professionals. University graduates, young researchers, and domain specialists across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and beyond — all underrepresented in the global AI training ecosystem.
At the same time, European languages are dramatically underrepresented in AI training data. The result is models that perform poorly in German, French, Dutch, Polish, and dozens of other European languages. ExpertSet closes this gap.
